The objective of the baseline was to understand the status and the needs of CAW in the Kailali and Banke districts. The primary objective of the baseline is to create better understanding of the current status and needs of conflict affected women and to assess the projects achievements and adapt the project activities and be used as a tool for advocacy/lobbying and proposal writing.
