The specific objective of the project was to improve access to school, learning environment and learning outcomes of the most vulnerable children especially children with disabilities and children from Dalit families in 2 districts of Nepal by June 2019. The baseline study was commissioned to establish a baseline value on enrolment in ECED, demonstration of inclusive education, and participation on curricular and non-curricular activities of children with disabilities and dalit girl students.
