This evaluation was commissioned to capture the learning and achievement from the third phase of the intervention- Recovery phase and transition to development. The overall objective of the evaluation was to evaluate the effectiveness of SC shelter strategy and its implementation and the implementation of SC’s infrastructure work through the lens of Core Humanitarian Standard. Shelter program focused on individual households that required assessment, interaction, organizing cash and materials, while infrastructure team ensured quality spaces for programs to deliver their service within, e.g. education and health sector to build schools and health posts, respectively .
