The objective was to assess the extent to which the programme met its intended outcomes and to identify and assess unintended outcomes and to assess the role of BRC in the programme’s implementation and to identify lessons and recommendations to inform future programming. As a part of the assignment, a Post Distribution Monitoring was also conducted with the livelihood beneficiaries.
