Client: Women for Human Rights
Under the assignment, a strategic plan was developed for Women for Human Rights. The strategic plan was about setting future directions and milestones to shape the organizations pathways. It was designed to provide a direction on various spheres of development by creating a better ground to partnership with different level of government and stakeholders. The strategic plan identified the institutional pillars, and developed outcome, output indicators and means of verification for each pillar.
