Under the assignment, a perception survey was carried out with 4000 respondents across 16 districts in province 2, 5 and 7. The survey focused on accessing the community perception on customary practices of dowry, Chaupadi, gender based violence, caste based discrimination, and boksi pratha. Discussions were also held with the community members and leaders to understand their viewpoint about the same.
