VSO Nepal implemented EVAC (End violence against children), 11 months long (May 2020 to March 2021) project named “Safe to Learn (S2L) project in Nepal” in partnership with Prerana, Divya Yuwa Club (DYC), Fight Back (FB), National Campaign for Education (NCE Nepal), and Aasaman Nepal (ASN). The project worked with 69 schools of 27 municipalities of 5 districts (Sarlahi, Parsa, Dhading, Lamjung, and Surkhet) in 4 provinces (Province No. 2, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali). The project envisioned that a safe and learning environment strengthened in five districts of Nepal. The project target reached directly to 14725 girls, 9817 boys, 1380 teachers, 1380 parents, 2610 community members, and youths.
