The objective of the study was to evaluate the project using DAC criteria and core humanitarian standards of effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, sustainability and accountability. The evaluation was for the project “Disaster Recovery for Flood Affected Children and their Families in Nepal” implemented as a response project for flooding of August 2017 in Banke, Sarlahi, and Saptari districts.
