The objective of the assignment was to assess the current existing situation of the project area with regards to the levels of Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) of students in school in the targeted district and to measure the extent of a situation on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), food and nutritional habits among key stakeholders mainly children, teachers, parents, caregivers, and policymaker and to generate new tangents of a situation’s reality.
